The FITBENCH FLEX keeps all of your fitness tools neatly in one place with a specific location for each.
It adjusts at 8 different points of incline and includes 14 different locations for attaching the *FITBANDS and another anchor point for looping through the *FITROPE (battle rope).
With it’s vinyl-wrapped bench top, the FITBENCH FLEX forces the user to lock in their core and use their legs to secure to the bench during an exercise – it activates more muscles during a usual simple exercise.
