Solid construction with 3” x 3” (7,6 cm) base which allows the bench to remain firmly in position. Mechanical lever arm system with 2” (5 cm) increments supported by rubber bumpers for reduced noise. Wide foot platform for spotter. Bottom band attachments. Removable height adjustable safety bars with 1.5” (3,8 cm) increments with pull-pin system. Foldable posts design on bushing and pull-pin system provides a stable starting position. Back pad with black anti-slip upholstery provides stability for the user.
